Stage 4 Auditing

This stage will verify the effectiveness of the implementation process and provide evidence of conformance. A full round of audits need to be conducted prior to 3rd party certification audit to verify the effectiveness of the system's implementation. These audit results are documented within a Audit Report and used to fine tune your system.

Approximately 3 months (Depending on staff participation, availability and resources.)
